Dr. Huy Dang is an Assistant Professor in Environmental Chemistry at Trent University and a Director Board member of the Trent Water Quality Center, a world-class analytical facility and home to a unique variety of mass spectrometers. In 2019, HD was awarded one of Vietnam's most prestigious national honours (the Golden Globe in Science & Technology for Early Career Scientists and the Medal for Creativity) and was recognized among Vietnam's Top 20 Outstanding Young Faces. In 2022, HD and his team received the Trent University Research Impact Award for stewarding original and impactful research with contributions to society on a local, regional, national or international scale. HD is also an Associate Editor and member of the editorial board of various scientific journals.
