Mai Ngoc Hanh, Vietnam

President, French Tech Vietnam 

Mai Ngoc Hanh is an investor, entrepreneur, and president of French Tech Vietnam. She served as the CEO of Fram, a Sweden-listed investment company based in Vietnam, specializing in the creation and support of technology startups. In February 2024, she announced her decision to leave her position as CEO at Fram^ to pursue entrepreneurship, expressing her passion for creating and developing companies with a significant societal impact. She has recently launched Manova, a startup studio aimed at creating, developing, and investing in innovative companies in the consumer and software segments in Vietnam and Southeast Asia. Born in Ho Chi Minh, Hanh completed her early education there before leaving Vietnam for France at the age of 18. She holds a double master's degree in finance and economics from the University of Paris IX Dauphine. She has worked for over 15 years in the venture capital and private equity industry in France, including 10 years as an investment director at the French public investment bank, Bpifrance.
