Mimi Nguyen is a lecturer in Digital Innovation at MA Innovation Management, Central Saint Martins. Her work centres around the examination of how new technologies will shape the future for creatives and engineers, encompassing scientific research within evolving technological landscapes such as data science, machine learning, and blockchain. Prior to this, her PhD at Imperial College London, Faculty of Engineering, focused on creativity in a decentralised environment, and was continued through a study on emotional AI with IBM Watson.
Mimi Nguyen currently a creative director at verse, a platform for digital art and a founder of NGUYEN WAHED, a London-based gallery with the focus on generative and contemporary art practices, and the connection between technology and artistic expression.
