Tram Anh Nguyen is the co-founder of CFTE, a global impact platform for education in Fintech and the future of financial services. Driven by a belief in centring humans in a tech-heavy world, Tram Anh established CFTE in 2017 to aid finance professionals in adapting to rapid industry shifts. The
platform engages over 400+ industry experts and a community of 160,000+ alumni around the world.
Tram Anh is instrumental in establishing some leading education programmes for adult education with governments, policymakers, industry experts, and academia to push initiatives in financial education for Finance 2.0. She followed her passion to bring about a skills revolution in finance to not only transform the industry but to help a multitude of stakeholders to enter the new world of finance providing education of
the Fintech at - global scale. CFTE is based in London, Singapore and Abu Dhabi, and works with most Tier 1 financial institutions.
She co-authored the Fintech Job Report, has been recognised for her trailblazing efforts, notably as an Ambassador to the Singapore Fintech Festival, Ambassador to the Dubai DIFC. Her executive responsibilities, Tram Anh also serves as a Non-Executive Director, she holds a few advisory Board Member roles, including Board Member of Elevandi Japan.
Prior to co-founding CFTE, 18 years of experience in traditional finance, former capital market banker in New York for Standard Chartered Bank, a wealth manager for UBS in London and advisor to family offices.
