Pham Bao Ha is a Director and Associate General Counsel at Deutsche Bank AG, London. She heads up Deutsche Bank’s EMEA legal team for Strategic Equities Transactions. She is specialised in cross- border lending, IPO-linked transactions, M&As, equity derivatives, and corporate and capital market work linking to equity assets. Her key markets are Western Europe, Eastern Europe, and Middle East. She was trained with Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer in London. She is also a committed member of the Vietnam-UK Network and currently chair the Vietnam- UK Women in Business group.
Pham Bao Ha graduated with a major in Law from Oxford University, UK and completed Lawyer training courses PGDL, LPC at Nottingham University, UK.
