Rachel Nguyen Isenschmid (Trang Nguyễn) is a Vietnamese-origin woman currently living and working in Switzerland. She holds a managerial role at the First Alliance Group and is also the founder of Keep It Beautiful Vietnam (KIBV), a non-governmental organization dedicated to advancing Vietnam's sustainable development goals.
KIBV spearheads various impactful projects sine 2017 with a network of thousand young volunteers both in Vietnam and internationally, including the notable Empower Women Asia initiative which aims to improve the lives of Vietnam's ethnic minority women through sustainable textile skills, and the Public Environment Education Project, providing free English education in rural areas. Additionally, KIBV also advocates for Green Buildings and Sustainable Tourism practices. Rachel contributes further through her eco-conscious businesses, Ananda Zurich and Ecosoi Vietnam, focusing on sustainable fashion and materials.
In 2023, Rachel, collaborating with prominent Vietnamese and Swiss experts, founded the Swiss-Viet Economic Forum Organization to foster economic development and regulatory improvements between Vietnam and Switzerland
