Rebecka Fosher boasts a distinguished 23-year career within the UK Civil and Diplomatic Service. Over the past 12 years, she has provided strategic support to influential figures, including Secretaries of State, The Prince of Wales, The Duchess of Cornwall, and the Director of the Serious Fraud Office. With a solid foundation in policy development, delivery, and representation across Europe, Rebecka currently serves as the Director of Policy and Chief of Staff to the Chief Operating Officer at NHS, overseeing national policy and operational delivery. 

  

Her career journey, from Relationship Manager at Defra to leading Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs at Clarence House, reflects not only her adaptability but also her diplomatic finesse. Committed to promoting excellence in the public sector, Rebecka is passionate about creating opportunities for all and improving access to enhance the lives of the local population.
